General info


A free cloakroom service is available every day, during HUB/ART opening hours. Any item larger than 20x15x10 cm must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is not invigilated: HUB/ART staff are not to be held responsible for any loss or damage to left items.


Lost & Found

Visiting rules
  • During the visit, wear a face mask on your mouth and nose;
  • Keep an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between you and other visitors and the Gallery’s staff;
  • We will measure your body temperature contactless (it must be less than 37.5°C, 99°F) before you are allowed to Gallery’s spaces;
  • Sanitize your hands with the provided hyphenizing gel located at the entrance of the facilities.

It is strictly forbidden to touch any exhibited artworks unless stated otherwise by gallery invigilators. All rooms and works within HUB/ART premises are subject to constant television monitoring by HUB/ART and Interface Facility Management team and by an electronic alarm system. Carrying blunt instruments, weapons, explosive, inflammable, or volatile substances, illicit products and substances and any other harmful objects within HUB/ART premises is strictly forbidden. Consuming food and drinks brought from outside within HUB/ART exhibition spaces is strictly forbidden. Groups can be accompanied by their own guides. It is forbidden to enter HUB/ART’s premises with bikes, skates or push scooters.

General photo and video policy

Non-flash photography is allowed for personal, noncommercial use unless where otherwise stated by gallery staff. Visitors are allowed to take pictures or shoot videos inside the external and the exhibition spaces, unless otherwise displayed or communicated by HUB/ART. It is forbidden to realize commercial or staged photo shoots within the HUB/ART’s premises or inside exhibition spaces, including the Interface Bistrot. Note that during the exhibitions, the opening events and in general during the opening hours of the gallery, visitors may be photographed, filmed or registered. Shooting is carried out by Interface Facility Management srl, with registered office in via Privata Passo Pordoi 7/3, Milan, for the realization of audio / video and photographic contents for the promotion of the event and of the company and of HUB/ART: they will be published online, on media physical and any other kind. By accessing these spaces you are consenting to the use of your own image and to that of minors for whom you exercise parental responsibility. According to the art. 13 of the EU Regulation. 679/2016.
